Our “House of Prayer” Ministry is an opportunity for the body of Christ to seek the Lord’s comfort, guidance, strength and wisdom.
Jesus proclaimed that – “My house shall be called a house of prayer” – Matthew 21:13.
Prayer is essential for the successful Christian life. It is simply communication and fellowship with God. When we pray, we can know He hears us.
Scripture encourages us to rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and in everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
We understand that life brings with it many trials, challenges and temptations. Jesus warned that, “In the world you will have tribulation.” But He went on to say, “but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
To get through those difficult times and problems, we believe that “Prayer Changes Things.”
We want to pray for you. To submit a prayer request, simply fill out a “Prayer Request Card” located at each of the pews and/or on the Lobby Resource Table. Let us know how we can be praying for you by dropping off your prayer requests in one of the tithe/offering boxes located at the rear of the sanctuary and at the counter in the Common Grounds Café.
As part of our “House of Prayer” Ministry we also offer a time of cooperate prayer where the body of Christ is encouraged to join together in prayer.
We invite you to join us in the fellowship hall for prayer each Sunday morning at 9:30 am before service.
PRAYER CHANGES THINGS!
